Cassandra Monique Batie known professionally as Andra Day is an American R&B and soul singer as well as songwriter and actress. She has won a Grammy Award and Children's and Family Emmy Award. It was taken up and played on the radio by numerous DJs. Following her joining Warner Bros. Records, she started working alongside producer Adrian Gurvitz to create their debut record "Cheers to fall" (2015). Album included single Rise up that was adopted as a anthem for social justice movements all over the world. Day was awarded two Grammy nominations for the categories of Best R&B Album for her album. In 2019, she debuted her second album The United States vs. Billie Holiday a concept album that tells the story of the legendary jazz singer. The United States Versus Billie Holiday is a biographical account of Holiday which was released in the following year. Andi matichak (born 25th August 1970) is an American actor. She began her career in the television industry with shows such as Orange Is the New Black and Blue Bloods. She then began her film debut through Halloween and its sequels as Allyson. Andi is an American actor born in Framingham on 3rd May 1994.
