Luciana Paoluzzi grew-up in Rome together with her mother and father. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian Army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother is the former lover to Benito Mussolini. Luciana does not have known siblings. She was in a local high school, and after graduation in 1955, she enrolled in navy engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan - Luciana was the only female in her class. Luciana began as fashion models after only two years. Her career changed soon following, and by chance, she got her first acting role as a character in Three Coins in the Fountain. Her first husband was Brett Halsey who is also an actor. The couple got married in the year 1960 and made the movie Return to the Peyton Palace. They had a son named Charles born on June 13, 1961 but divorced a year after his birth and Luciana received custody. Luciana was in a relationship for a long time with Tony Athony who was the actor and producer of films. Tony was inspired by the character of Luciana as Green Slime in Green Slime to create the Spaghetti Western.
